2013 Powerstrike300 Elite Players:
Giselle Poss, a Powerstrike300 Elite Player and a senior at Oswego East high school, has been receiving lessons from Marty Miller for the past 4 years. Poss will be bowling for Vanderbilt University beginning fall 2013.
Giselle earned the title of girls bowling state champion on the second day of the tournament, ending with a total of 2,727 pins averaging 227 for the 2 day event.
"Under Coach Miller's instruction I have learned many important aspects of bowling. Timing, footwork, spine angle, shoulder position, release position, hand position and accuracy are but a few things he's taught me to do successfully. He emphasizes sportsmanship, focus, determination, work ethic and having a winning attitude. I'm very proud that he is my coach."
